Return & Exchange Terms

• Press-on nails are personal hygiene products. Once opened or used, returns and exchanges will not be accepted unless due to quality issues.
• If the product is damaged, missing parts, or incorrectly delivered, please contact customer service within 7 days after receipt, providing your order number and product photos.
• After verification, we will arrange a replacement or resend the missing accessories.
• If replacement is not possible, a refund will be arranged.
